Kerry-Leigh Wright comes from a broken home, and she was pulled out of school early due to circumstances beyond her control. Due to this, she was unable to complete her formal education. She made a lot of bad choices because of the hurt and pain that she had experienced. As a single mother, she managed to work her way up in one of the biggest retail companies in South Africa. Unfortunately, due to the economy, many of the stores closed, thereby affecting more than 3,900 employees. On her personal journey, Kerry- Leigh was worked hard mentally, emotionally, and spiritually to overcome what she has experienced. Kerry-Leigh Wright is now a victor and her story is helping others. In 2018, the burning desire to make a difference was so strong, and that’s when Hope, Faith and Grace Community Project was established. She wanted to go beyond feeding people because it is not the solution. Kerry-Leigh wants to enable them mentally, emotionally, spiritually, physically, and financially to become independent and self-sufficient instead. Kerry-Leigh and her team are very excited about the community projects that have been started and can see the difference that has already been made within the community and other organisations.
