Price paint Terms and Conditions*

• The prize is a once-off painting product and service for a residential roof or interior / exterior of a house, valued at R15,000. (Product limited to 6 x Buckets of Flexible roof or wall paint.
• The prize includes labour costs, paint brushes, and rollers, using donated paint only. See suppliers application details on product.
• The winner will have a choice of selected colours from the donated paint range.
• The winner must provide access to the property and necessary permissions for the painting work.
• The painting service will be arranged and scheduled by the prize provider; the winner will be consulted on timing and scope of work.
• If the roof or walls are damaged badly, the prize provider may request materials from the winner to repair before painting.
• The prize is non-transferable and non-negotiable; no cash alternative will be offered.
• The prize provider reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value.
• The winner is responsible for any additional costs or expenses not covered by the prize.
• The prize is subject to availability and scheduling constraints; the prize provider will not be liable for delays or cancellations.
• Data privacy use of Details: fot raffle, prize and Marketing from Paint Supplier for specials and updates (opt out allowed)
• Storage; Secure; shared only with service providers.
• The prize includes the cost of a 50 km radius.
• Cancellation; if <100 tickets sold, funds refunded; no prize awarded.

Chill Air SA Terms and Conditions

• The prize is a once-off aircon installation, valued at R13,000.
• The prize includes the aircon unit and standard installation costs within a 50km radius of the prize provider's location; additional costs will apply for installations beyond this radius.
• Back-to-back installation only; additional piping, cable, or trunking requirements will incur extra costs.
• The winner must provide access to the property and necessary permissions for the installation.
• The aircon unit will be selected by the prize provider; the winner will be consulted on installation timing.
• The prize provider will arrange and schedule the installation.
• The prize is limited to a single aircon unit; additional units or upgrades are not included.
• The prize is non-transferable and non-negotiable; no cash alternative will be offered.
• The prize provider reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value.
• The winner is responsible for any additional costs or expenses not covered by the prize.
• The prize is subject to availability and scheduling constraints; the prize provider will not be liable for delays or cancellations.
• The aircon unit comes with a 1-year warranty, provided it is serviced every 3 months by Chill Air S.A. or a qualified air conditioning technician. Proof of service, including billing and dates, must be provided to maintain the warranty.
• The winner warrants that the installation site is suitable for the aircon unit and meets necessary safety standards.

M & T Fleet Terms & Conditions

• The prize is a once-off standard car service, valued at R3,000.
• The prize includes labour costs for a standard service, including oil change, filter replacement, and vehicle inspection.
• The winner must provide the vehicle for service at the prize provider's designated location.
• The prize provider will schedule the service at a mutually agreed-upon time.
• The prize is limited to a standard service; additional repairs or upgrades are not included.
• The prize is non-transferable and non-negotiable; no cash alternative will be offered.
• The prize provider reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value.
• The winner is responsible for any additional costs or expenses not covered by the prize.
• The prize is subject to availability and scheduling constraints; the prize provider will not be liable for delays or cancellations.
• The winner warrants that the vehicle is in a roadworthy condition and provides necessary documentation, including service history and vehicle registration.
